Hailing from Long Island, New York, he has been a prominent figure in the real estate industry since his relocation in 1997. He began his career in Miami, Florida, managing over 800 properties spanning all of Dade and Broward counties, consistently accomplishing 100 deals per month. In 2005, he moved to the Southwest Florida coast and settled in picturesque Naples, FL, where he met his wife, Jacquie. Specializing in Condominium Sales, he worked with a developer on projects in the Naples, Tampa, and West Palm Beach areas as well. In 2008 he joined the Downing-Frye Realty, Inc. family. He has created a team of agents solely dedicated to the maintaining, managing and ultimately renting of investment property.
